Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven energy sales experience to lead and develop a team of Sales Executives in Romford and surrounding areas.
This is a fully commission-based leadership role, where your earnings are driven by both your own sales performance and the results of your team. You will be expected to lead from the front, drive energy sales, and coach your team to consistently deliver at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door and venue-based Sales Executives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to maximise sales performance.
- Drive results in the field by actively selling and leading by example.
- Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies to boost performance.
- Build a high-performance, target-driven team culture.
