Reed is working with a specialist client who is looking to recruit a creative, proactive and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join their expanding Sales team to sell creative solutions.

This role is ideal for someone experienced, driven, self-motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email
  • Lead by example, mentoring team to bring on new business and increase existing client business
  • Utilise CRM system to create reports for following up lapsed clients leads
  • Build and maintain existing client relationships
  • Business Development
  • Converting leads to sales for bespoke orders.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the Design Team
  • Project manage various projects from implementation to completion
  • Negotiate quotes and terms with customers
  • Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide comprehensive after-care support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales/Lead conversion experience
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • B2B customer service
  • Sales/Business Development focussed
  • Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas.
  • Good listening, organising and numeracy skills.
  • Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • An interest in art, creativity, or design is advantageous, as the role involves discussing design briefs with customers.
