We’re working on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in South West London to find a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their team across two thriving branches.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role—or take the next step in their management journey—with a business that combines strong local presence, a collaborative team culture, and a real passion for property.

• Basic salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

• Excellent knowledge of the residential sales process, from valuation to completion
• Someone target-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing people and branch performance
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with both clients and colleagues
• Full UK driving licence required
