Sales Manager - 5-Star Housebuilder
Location: North East
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Quarterly Bonus (OTE additional £20,000)
Working Hours: No weekend working, company shutdown periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of site-based sales professionals to drive results and exceed sales targets.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies, policies, and initiatives.

  • Provide support, coaching, and motivation to your team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Oversee the customer journey, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless buying process.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Work flexibly across our sites and office locations (company car provided).

About You

  • A proven sales leader with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience in the housebuilding industry is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills in high-volume sales sectors.

  • A skilled people manager with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Knowledge of property and contracts legislation, customer service, and marketing is desirable.

  • A results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.
