You will deliver the growth of your branch through liaising with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales are completed smoothly and correctly.
Measuring results, and reporting on KPIs and Budget Performance, driving sales to maximise branch's market share.
You will motivate and lead your team building, a winning team.
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Estate Agency. As a Residential Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing your team and you will also be both results orientated embracing accountability and responsibility.

*Gained experience in leading a team within the property industry

*Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and teamworking skills
*Successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships
*Up to date with local and national property news
