Sales Manager - Software Sales - £60K basic, £90K OTE - London

My client is a market leading brand in the provision of specialist software, used for financial or software solutions into professional services (legal, accountancy etc.) industries who have recently undergone a period of rapid growth which has led to the creation of a new Sales Manager position.
You will be field based, covering a broad patch across London, with the view to growing a number of existing or lapsed accounts through regular contact and client relationship development. Furthermore you will also be tasked with the development on new relationships with new potential customers.
The business has undergone rapid growth over the last couple of years, doubling turnover to £7.5M and head count from 40 to 80. The Owner of the organisation views this role as vital to the further commercial growth of the business and is keen to provide opportunities to develop both in skills and earning potential.
The business operates a fantastic, inclusive working culture and you will be provided with a full induction programme and coaching. You will be working as part of a team, liaising directly with the CEO to ensure that the organisation harbours exceptionally strong reputation with their target client base.
• Proactively represent the organisation, taking products to market and acting as a face of the organisation.
• Be able to work autonomously and organise own diary.
• Meet sales targets and achieve KPIs.
You will have a minimum of 3 years field sales experience, selling solutions into professional services and be comfortable operating in a new business/proactive account management role.
You will have worked as a Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, District Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Director or similar.
