Remuneration: £25,000 - £32,000 (Depending on Experience) + 20% of basic salary

ROLE:

*Generating Sales of high quality / high end boiling water taps / on wall boiling water products used for residential and commercial property
*80% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors and specialist plumbing contractors
*Remaining 20% of your time will be spent managing the distribution relationships with plumbers merchants and electrical wholesalers
*Securing end users projects such as: hospitals, care homes, hospitals, apartment blocks and other commercial / residential projects
*Working alongside the specification sales team and regional sales manager to achieve the collective turnover target
*Delivering high quality CPD presentations to architects and consultants
*Covering a territory which will incorporate the North East of England and North Yorkshire postcodes

EXPERIENCE:

*Demonstrable track record of field based sales within the construction industry
*Ideally experienced in sales of related products such as: taps, brassware, showers, hot water taps, kitchens, bathrooms, cisterns, flush valves, boilers, heated water systems, plumbing & heating products
*Experienced in selling to M&E contractors and / or merchants advantageous
*Track record of selling on product quality and not price
*A good understanding of the construction sales process
*Capable of organising diary and conducting around 4 meetings per day 4 times per week
*Commercially astute and IT literate
*Consultative / solution orientated sales approach
*Dynamic, energetic, driven, team player
