Regenda is now recruiting a Sales Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to work with our talented Redwing Living Team at our fantastic new offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales and lettings teams, you will be responsible for delivering sales and marketing plans to ensure targets are met and exceeded. You will be an experienced and enthusiastic sales and/or lettings professional.
Redwing Living is an established property company based in Liverpool. With properties across the North West, we recently announced a number of exciting new developments, including a new apartment block at Princes Dock as part of the Liverpool Waters project.
We now seek to capitalise on our existing position as a significant landlord by improving our brand recognition, growing our market share and diversifying our product offering.
