As the Sales Manager:
- You will manage all aspects of sales process and enquiry management
- Oversee the stock and profile management
- Mentor and motivate the sales team
- Assist with overall management of the dealership
- Have a highly detailed and professional approach
Applications are encouraged from experienced Sales Managers who are currently working within a volume dealership or perhaps as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or a Sales Controller looking for the next step up in their career. Current experience in managing a sales team with a volume brand would be a distinct advantage.

In return for your commitment and hard work, you can expect to receive an excellent salary and payplan as well as a range of benefits that will include the following:
A basic salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 plus an excellent payplan to get the OTE to circa £50,000 to £55,000 plus company car, and a host of other superb benefits.
