Future Group is a forward thinking cleaning contractor with bags of ambition, huge growth plans and the passion and determination to become a market leader. From our Head Office in York, we work with some of the UK’s leading leisure and retail brands as well as schools, councils and commercial businesses. Alongside the usual services, we provide cleaning solutions to problems that many of our competitors turn away from, and we do it well. We self-deliver all things cleaning with some pretty awesome kit. From road sweeping to truck-mounted carpet cleaning, we can do it. That’s what makes us different.
After a period of significant growth, we’re keen to keep momentum by inviting eager professionals to join us on the next stage of our journey. Reporting straight to board level and without the process constraints of a corporate organisation, you’ll have real freedom to make a tangible impact on the business. With an entrepreneurial culture where no idea goes unexplored, you’ll have a great opportunity to learn, develop and achieve with us.
You’ll be joining a small but successful team with a challenging but achievable target. Due to a recent investment in the sales community, you’ll benefit from the support of a Marketing Manager, Bid Writer and Telemarketer meaning you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, polishing off tenders and, most importantly, selling!
With the support of the sales team, you’ll generate £1,500,000 of new business per annum within the M25, focussing on the rich pickings in the City, Docklands and West End. You may occasionally be required to work further afield, particularly in the South West and the Midlands: you won’t need a passport, but you must be willing to spend the occasional night away. Because of the huge area we cover and the diverse sectors we work in, no two days will be the same. You can be assured of an interesting and varied role working alongside some of our industry’s top operators.
Whilst there is a support structure around this role, we’re looking for someone who’ll roll their sleeves up and get involved at all stages of the sales process: from networking to generate new opportunities to completing tender documents and helping our operations team mobilise your latest win. Because this is a field-based role, you’ll need the confidence to work remotely, the drive to stay on-task and the willingness to ask for support when necessary.
The best fit for this role will be a team player who has a demonstrable track record of achieving targets in a field-based, service-orientated role. We aren’t looking for a contact cleaning guru, we’ll provide all the service training you need. As long as you’re hungry to succeed and know how to sell in a consultative and transparent manner, we’ll give you the rest.
We offer a basic salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus an industry leading commission and bonus structure that will allow you to achieve on target earnings of £94,500.00 to £112,500.00.
You’ll be provided with a laptop, iPhone and a swanky company car.
