Are you an experienced Sales Person looking to progress your career within a growing organisation? We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager, preferably with a background in B2B electrical / lighting wholesales, based just outside of Louth.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall sales growth within the UK. You will develop new opportunities and generate new business leads to meet targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coaching the sales team
- Ensuring that all sales targets are achieved
- Organising sales training, development and performance management
- Improving sales strategies to maximise business growth
- KPI reporting on a regular basis to the Directors
- Handling staff recruitment to grow the team
- Training sales team on new products and sales techniques (training given)
The successful application will demonstrate competencies in the below:
- Managing a sales team (10+ staff)
- Experience selling to B2B required
- Electrical wholesale industry experience
- Previous telesales experience
- Commercial experience
- Staff recruitment
