A start-up Fintech company with significant investment backing has developed a revolutionary payments product that will change the way companies pay their customers, staff and suppliers. With the necessary Financial Authority’s licences now in place, the product will launch in the spring and consequently they are looking for a highly accomplished sales person to take charge of all sales activity, in the UK and overseas.
Working with the CEO you will identify key market segments and develop the sales strategy to drive interest and opportunities. You will identify target companies and make the initial approach, understanding the customer needs and presenting the product to senior decision makers, negotiate contracts and pricing and close the sales process. In addition you will report on progress, and keep the company appraised of market conditions, new opportunities and client feedback.
The company is seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual, with a proven sales record, ideally gained in the payments sector, or more broadly from a comparable Fintech business. You will have experience of selling to the 'C’ Suite and have a consultative sales approach. As the company expands it is envisaged that the Sales Manager will enhance their responsibilities taking charge of additional sales personnel and undertake a broader commercial role in the company.
