An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a business based in Louth. You will be responsible for maximising business opportunities, along with maintaining the growth of current business.
You will be working within a busy and expanding sales office with a great team. Reporting to the Sales Director, your overall duties will include:
- Supervising and coaching the sales team
- Ensuring that all sales targets are achieved
- Organising sales training, development and performance management
- Improving sales strategies to maximise business growth
- KPI reporting on a regular basis to the Directors
- Handling staff recruitment to grow the team
- Training sales team on new products and sales techniques (training given)
