If so this could be your dream role. Our client, a leading company within its industry sector, is looking for someone to lead, develop and nourish their telesales team whilst creating and managing new and existing sales opportunities.
The Sales Manager will be able demonstrate experience in each of the following core elements of the role.
·Hire new team members, manage staff welfare eg, pastoral, disciplinary, performance management, employee engagement, appraisals.
·Set targets and KPI’s for the team; monitor and report weekly.
·Train and develop a team of existing and new tele-sales executives
·Set targets and KPI’s for the team and conduct regular 1-1’s to monitor and report weekly.
·Engage face to face with clients and close sales on larger accounts (2-3 meetings per month)
·Ensure team and personal revenue targets are achieved.
·Responsibility for new business activity on larger prospects including tele sales activity and face to face meetings (typically 2-3 per month)
EXPERIENCE OF ALL ELEMENTS OF MANAGING A SMALL TEAM
AS NOTED ABOVE IS ESSENTIAL.

Salary: £35k - £50k plus uncapped commission average £5-£10K
