Sales Manager

Exchange Utility are currently looking to recruit Sales Managers to join our SME Sales Team based in Bury. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the daily running and management of a team of Account Managers / Lead Generators within the B2B Sales market, working towards revenue Sales Targets and providing continuous development and support to your team.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have managed teams with the following titles: Account Manager, Telesales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Sales Advisor or Lead Generation.

Duties Include:

  • Working to a monthly sales / revenue team target
  • Managing and motivating a team of 10 people
  • Conducting 1-2-1’s, health checks and buzz sessions
  • Providing sales training, coaching and performance management
  • Providing MI on stats to the team and individual performance
  • Inspire, motivate and guide your people to individual and team success
  • Leading by example and demonstrate the core values of the business
  • Providing excellent customer service

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Money motivated and wants to take advantage of UNCAPPED commission
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Previous experience in managing a successful sales team
  • Experienced in developing people in to high performers
  • Ability to manage through performance stats and personal motivations
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Wants to be a part of an award winning business who care about their people and develop their skills for a long and prosperous career
