Sales Manager/Team Leader Telesales - Property Investment Firm - Fulham

My client is a highly established and professional residential property investment company, which deals in a fast-paced environment trading residential properties throughout the UK. They currently manage three private equity and debt investment funds along with investments in house building and development.

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Manager or Team Leader to lead their small but growing acquisitions team on one of their subsidiary companies. All leads are generated and no member of the team is required to undertake any cold calling - they have an established operation which allows them to purchase 10 to 15 properties every month and also sell 10 to 15 properties every month.

The Candidate:

They are looking for a Manager or Team Leader with a minimum one year-experience of managing a tele-sales team. Their process does not require a hard sell as all customers will be expecting a call, and therefore it is more a requirement that the candidate be very organised and efficient with their administration skills, as well as have some sales experience and a good telephone manner. In general, they are seeking those candidates with the following skill set and characteristics (property experience is not mandatory but degree educated is preferable):

• The ability to lead in a positive manner but also with enough experience to be able to execute discipline;

• The ability to motivate and speak confidently in front of the team;

• Strong organisational skills;

• Strong administration skills;

• Proficiency with excel and a customer relationship management system;

• A pleasant telephone manner and the ability to communicate well with others;

• A focused mentality driven towards monthly sales targets;

• A positive attitude and an energy that contributes to our already established team

The Role:

• Working out of our modern head office in Fulham (next to Putney Bridge);

• Meeting with the team on a regular basis to get them motivated;

• Implementing motivational sales strategies for the team;

• Contributing to calling leads and working with the team to make sure that all leads are processed correctly and are kept up to date;

• Auditing the work of the team and helping them continually improve;

• Making sure CRM records are all kept up to date correctly;

• Problem solving with any challenging deals or customer related issues;

• Ensure that all team and company targets are set and achieved;

• Participating in bi-monthly management meetings with other managers and company directors

Salary, Schedule & Benefits:

• up to £40k base salary with On Target Earnings (OTE) £60k;

• Starting at 9am and finishing at 6pm Monday to Friday;

• Free use of the gym in the building;

• Participation in team building events and monthly team outings;

• 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
