Sales Manager - Property Development/Investment

Location: Central London

Salary: £ 40,000 with commission structure

My client is a dynamic property development and investment company that brings together more than 25 years of experience.

Our client, a leader within the Development and investment property sector are looking to continue their growth over the next 18 months. Based in Marylebone, London, you will be part of a tight-knit and passionate team of experienced consultants who are renowned in the industry for their ability to secure new business and deliver for their clients, with a proven Track Record of delivering Off Market Opportunities across the UK.

As the Sales Manager your role will not only involve leading and developing the current sales team but also looking to grow the team. With the chance of progressing and acquiring Shares within the company. this role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career within a successful business.


  • Identify property development and investment opportunities

  • Negotiate transactions with developers and vendors

  • Establish and develop internal and external client relationships

  • Work with clients to understand their investment aspirations and seek opportunities best suited to their business objectives

  • Provide senior level consultancy and advice throughout the customer sales cycle

  • Build new and maintain existing relationships with clients and the wider industry

  • Win new instructions and secure repeat business

  • Source and negotiate property development and investment opportunities in residential and commercial sectors

  • Undertake commercial and legal due diligence

  • Leading from the front - expected to do own billings as well as push the sales floor to over achieve targets

  • Setting targets and KPI's for the team

  • Manage a team of 6 people and looking to grow team to 10-12 within the next 6 months

  • Strong Land Sales experience and management in land sales

  • knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry

    The Ideal Sales Manager will have the following:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in UK property development and investment

  • Have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to quickly tap into prospective clients key goals and aspirations

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closed sales with complete integrity; this is not about a one-off sale

  • Proficient in using Database software (training provided)

  • Be able to demonstrate a good and current understanding of the industry, business, property trends and economic news

  • Experience and confidence to manage a small team without assistance

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Educated to degree level

  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
