Qualifications / Experience

A: Sales Professional with Technical Skills

Sales background, do not need to be senior, someone who is hungry and motivated is the ideal.

Ideally with technical and commercial experience in a plating, surface treatment, or similar technical sales role

Technically competent with a good engineering background - Mechanical or Chemical preferred.

Able to initiate, progress, and close business through relationship building and account management

Self-driven and motivated to proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities

B: Engineer with Sales Ability

Technically qualified with a good engineering background - Mechanical or Chemical preferred

Direct experience in an engineering/production role in metal finishing/plating/ surface treatment.

With ambitions to move into sales.

Ideally with customer facing and commercial experience gained in technical support/pre-sales function

Demonstrable willingness and ability to learn and adopt new skills, processes and disciplines

Working knowledge of planning and prioritisation tools and techniques, and computer based record keeping
