OTE £50,000 - £60,000
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will have the ability to provide a high quality part exchange management service to housebuilders clients in accordance with required procedures and proactively manage client accounts and workload.
Your main role will be to manage all disciplines within the team to ensure high levels of customer service is provided and delivered at all times.
Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of estate agency/property/new homes and related practices i.e. financial services, part exchange.
Knowledge of valuing properties and use of comparable methods of valuation, using Right move, net house prices or other suitable sources of information.
Preparation of detailed reports which require analytical skills
Ability to adapt to rapid change and flexible working arrangements.
Motivate and help coach team members to maximise their potential
Act as a role model for other members of the team, providing appropriate levels of coaching and direction.
Excellent communication skills
IT literate, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
Effective project management
