Our client is one of the most innovative and well respected leisure management operators within the UK. They are currently looking to drive forward their membership sales at their site, and are now looking for experienced sales manager to join one of their most unique, leading sites as a sales membership manager.
You will responsible for managing a team of membership consultants and driving sales forward within the club via a telesales approach, site tours, prospecting, open days, events e.t.c. You will also be responsible for working with the general manager on creating marketing and sales strategies and implementing them. In addition to sales responsibilities you will undertake the mantle of managing the front of house team and ensure an exemplory level of customer service is delivered at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years sales experience in industries such as leisure and health and fitness would be desirable. You must have a proven track record of achieving targets developing sales teams.
