My client is a successful independent Solutions provider based on the southern outskirts of Skipton. They are currently offering an amazing opportunity for an experienced and proven sales account manager to join their strong and growing sales team.
Daily duties will include:
New business calls B2B contract customers
Existing customer account management
Building strong relationships with existing clients – using strategy and marketing campaigns
Generating leads through to contract completion – full client ownership
Processing contracts – Using the internal invoicing system to ensure that invoices are raised whilst following data protection policies
Update the CRM with all sales activity
The successful candidate will have previous outbound and existing business sales experience as well as the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment. An excellent telephone manner is crucial to the role alongside a target driven attitude. You will be IT literate and have a confident and professional approach to your work as occasionally you will attend client meetings. Strong organisational skills.
