- Mentoring, coaching and developing an existing team of successful IT Account Managers (numbering 20)
- Being responsible for the overall monthly/yearly Net Gross Profit Sales target
- Presenting to the board accurate results, monthly reports, forecasts etc
- Managing the sales team ensuring KPI's are hit
- Continually searching for and developing new ways to improve sales and marketing activity
- Helping to keep the company at the forefront of the industry
- Conducting 1-2-1’s with your team to ensure they are happy and focused
