We are looking for a forward thinking, well-mannered, experienced Dining Room Sales Manager who will be responsible for 7 fantastic dining room spaces in what is a beautiful private dining club in the heart of Belgravia, London.

Each private dining room is individually sponsored by distinguished marques with capacities ranging from 2 to 50. This is a great opportunity to come into a warm job with the chance to grow the business by bringing your own ideas to the table. You will have full autonomy in your approach and the chance to move into different areas once you have fully established and proven yourself.

As Dining Room Sales Manager, your main task will be to convert enquiries into sales. Up to now, the role has been mainly reactive, but with the right planning and implementation, you will be expected to make it as proactive as possible.

Desirably, the successful candidate will have experience within a similar role within a similar environment; private members’ clubs, five star hotels, high-end restaurants or prestigious event spaces. You must be presentable with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and computer literate (emails, producing menus, wine lists and function sheets).

This is a Monday – Friday role and you will work 9am to 6pm. You will receive 20 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, a good pension and meals while on duty.
