We are recruiting for a Sales Manager for a leading operator in the health and fitness industry. The role will be within the West Midlands area and will be working for a company that is driven and focused on being the best!
There is a huge amount of skill and talent in this business and you will learn and be developed every day. The role of a Sales Manager for this company is multi faceted, very hands on and you’ll have responsibility for a team of three consultants.
Your role will heavily involve:
People Management - you’ll need to inspire your team, develop them, lead them and create an environment where they can be awesome.
Standards - you’ll need high standards and a willingness to accept only the best of yourself and your team.
Pace - you’ll need to strap yourself in as this company work fast, they work with pace and energy to continue to try and improve every day.
Sales - you’ll need to ensure you are driving sales, training your team, leading by example and giving them the opportunity to be successful
You will be managing a team of Membership Advisors against clear targets and a track record of managing teams successfully to clear KPIs is required.
You will be conducting sales yourself as well and leading lead generation activity so a proactive attitude and a hands on approach is a must.
This role can really suit people who have a varied skillset, as long as the above traits and values are there. You could be:
- A sales manager in health and fitness already and looking for progression in a company that LOVE promoting internally,
- A Sales manager or Business Development Manger (overseeing a team) a small Store Manager Team Leader etc in retail, sales, etc.
