£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + commission

CCS | Compass Corporate Services are delighted to partner with an exciting and dynamic business venture to assist with the appointment of their Sales Manager. This is an interesting opportunity to join an innovativeDomiciliary Healthcare company that is quite literally changing lives and the way people receive care. This job is will be overseeing the development and leadership of a sales function and team of sales executives whilst taking and hands-on approach to sales while the team grows.

Summary

This is a unique opportunity and one of those roles that doesn't come around too often, where you will be given full reign to really shine. This is an opportunity for a customer centric focused sales leader who really leads by example. The right person for this role will be able to demonstrate their leadership and sales skills who can inspire colleagues to exceed and thrive in a target and KPI driven environment.

You will be tasked with overseeing the entire sales process of both your own personal sales and that of your teams. You will design and deliver sustainable KPI's, Targets and implement sales strategies whilst doubling the size of the team over the next 12 months.

Working closely with the SMT you'll have an eye for opportunity and commercial ability to drive growth and constantly improve the sales function.

This organisation is growing at a rapid pace, so we're seeking someone who can adapt and thrive in a busy growth environment, drive sales, and work closely with the Senior Management Team in opening new opportunities for business. You will also liaise regularly with the tech department to ensure that the processes and systems in place are facilitating both consumer feedback and the sales process.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working within the Healthcare sector
  • Ability to manage, develop and inspire a growing and mixed-age sales team
  • Proven track record in B2C sales and successfully exceeding targets regularly
  • Ability to implement, change and develop incentives to encourage performance
  • Think strategically to help design sales strategy, KPI's and targets
  • Customer centric focused
  • Empathetic sales person who can really listen to the customers
