Sales Manager - The Role:

Due to fantastic plans for the business our client are now seeking a talented, passionate, leader to join their team. Working within this role you will be responsible for;

  • Lead a team of Account Managers to maximize the performance of individuals and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Support development and execution of the sales strategy as per of the sales leadership
  • Provide support and sales coaching and training to the sales team
  • Conduct performance review sessions and drive a high performance culture
  • Identify and implement (in conjunction with other departments) process improvements
  • Provide accurate forecasting for both monthly and quarterly revenue & GP outlooks
  • Interview potential new candidates as the need arises
  • Identify further areas of growth for the team
  • Manage and track sales activities and updates in
  • Establishes sales objectives and assists with account planning

Sales Manager - The Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 year B2B Sales management experience
  • Proven track record in growing revenue and GP streams across a team and within a fast moving IT Reseller environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision making abilities
  • Exceptional motivational skills
  • Ability to work to SLAs and deadlines
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
