This is a full time role, primarily office based, however there could be a more hybrid offering upon successful completion of the probationary period, so we will still be looking for applicants that are able to commute to Leamington.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the engine behind successful residential transactions, ensuring both sales and lettings progress smoothly and compliantly from offer to completion.

You’ll be based in the office, but your presence will be felt across every part of the transaction process—liaising with solicitors, guiding clients, chasing contracts and maintaining full compliance with industry regulations.

Occasionally, you’ll also step out for viewings, providing essential flexibility to support the team and meet client needs.

This isn’t just a support role—it’s a core part of the business.

Your expertise in residential sales progression and compliance, particularly with AML, will be key to maintaining the agency’s high standards and smooth client journeys. Experience in lettings is a bonus, but what really matters is your willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
