You will need a Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Posting of sales invoices, credit notes, cash and allocation of payments
Dealing with customer queries
Control Account reconciliations (for example, credit card and PayPal receipts)
Producing sales reports
All other duties relating to the Sales Ledger
The successful candidate will Ideally have experience within an accounts/ finance department involving similar duties, experience within working as a Purchase Ledger would also be advantageous. Although, a basic knowledge of Purchase Ledger is required. You will need to be happy to embrace change and direction and have a positive flexible approach to your work load.
The salary for this role will be between £19,000-£25,000 dependent on experience etc.
