Sheridan Maine is working closely with a leading regional business to find a Sales Ledger Team Leader / Supervisor to join their supportive team based in Wells, Somerset.
This is a minimum 13 month maternity cover contract with the possibility of being extended or turning permanent for the right candidate, and is part-time hours 22.5 hours per week.
The successful Sales Ledger Team Leader will be reporting into the Sales Ledger Manager and be responsible for a small team, plus managing the sales ledger and aspects of credit control.
The offices are modern, open plan, with excellent onsite facilities plus parking. They are easily accessible from Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Street, Cheddar and South Bristol.
The main responsibilities for the successful Sales Ledger Team Leader include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all incoming payments processed onto ledger
- Making sure all sales invoices processed
- Reconciliation of sales ledger
- Credit control services
- Supervising team and making sure they are motivated and trained
