We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking full time Sales ledger/ Receptionist to join our clients expanding team based in Stourton.

Working in payroll your duties will include:

  • Sales Analysis
  • Review/Complete if required
  • Sales/Chasing Invoices
  • Liaisons with external auditors
  • creating payments
  • Inputting invoices
  • Cash Receipts

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience advantageous
  • Excel
  • Communication skills - internal and external
  • Knowledge of windows packages
  • numerate
  • Mitrefinch system - beneficial NOT essential

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 0830-1630, we are looking for someone to start ASAP - Will need to be flexible to cover holidays and available Bank Holidays. The job will be working 2 days each week on reception and 3 days on sales ledger
