Sales Ledger/Finance Assistant

Enjoy working for an established company who have experienced steady growth and are therefore looking for a finance assistance to join their sales ledger team.


  • Full Time role, Monday to Friday only
  • Provide support to the finance team
  • Provide assistance in administration, data input, sales ledger, purchase ledger
  • Run reconciliations of payments
  • Raise invoices, credit notes & issue statements
  • Manage multi-invoices for large clients
  • Liaise with various teams across the business to ensure smoot workflow
  • Manage Accounts receivable queries and issues
  • Print daily invoices and monthly statements


  • Experience working in a finance team
  • Recent working experience with accounting systems (e.g. Sage)
  • Advance IT skills including MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills written & verbal
