An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a fast paced accountancy department.
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices, cash receipts, debit and credit notes into the sales ledger system.
- Building and monitoring customer relationships, including resolving issues arising from a sales ledger perspective and reconciliations of customer accounts.
- Liaising with clients to recover outstanding debt owed.
- Maintain an adequate filing system for all documentation
- Team player – flexible, proactive and happy to undertake tasks in all areas to meet the needs of the department
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and adhere to tight deadlines
