Sales ledger clerk

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experiences Sales ledger or accounts receivable clerk to join a leading international manufacturer & distributor in the automotive industry. Working in a busy and fast paced enviroment we are looking for someone to join full time. Hours are 8:30 to 17-00 and a half day on a friday. 

The Role

You will be responsible for end to end sales ledger management including reconciling remittances to ensure that all cash can be allocated. Raising manual invoices and credit notes. Working to deliverables on a daily basis and flagging any issues. Also you will be expected to be able to help out with any other task as and when required.

- Posting invoices onto SAP
- Reconciling statements and accounts
- Prompt and effect query handling skills
- Cheque and BACS payment runs
- Meeting deadlines
- Dealing with month end
- General accounts duties to include sales ledger

- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Organisation skills
- Punctual
- Accounts knowledge
- experienced with excel
- atleast 1 years experience in sales ledger  


Upto 23,000 P/A
half day on a friday
