Sales Ledger Clerk

A client based in Ewell are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to assist their busy team. They are looking for a professional and personable individual, as the role involves dealing with customers and staff on a daily basis. This is a temporary position, paying £11.00/hour PAYE or £13.00/hour via an Umbrella Company.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Reconciling cash received using Excel and Spreadsheets
• Creating invoices, credit notes and financial postings
• Resolving payment issues and other customer queries
• Chasing up outstanding debts
• Providing creditors with VAT receipts

Candidate Specification:
• Previous Sales Ledger experience is essential
• You will require good communication skills, both written and verbal
• You must be flexible and be willing to help with extra administrative duties when required
• You must have good IT skills and be confident with Excel, spreadsheets and data entry
• You must be available to start immediately
