My client is an established medium sized business in North-Bristol looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their expanding finance team.
Your new role
In your new job you will be preparing invoices and credit notes for sales, taking phone payments and processing refunds, managing the credit control process from end to end including liaising with the sales teams on outstanding debt, reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted, being the point of contact for all internal and external invoice and payment queries, ensuring customers pay on time and aged debt is kept to a minimum month end invoice and aged debt reporting, other adhoc finance duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have proven success in an accounts receivable position with a particular focus on credit control, strong MS office skills (advanced Excel is desirable), experience working with CRM and accounting software and have strong verbal communication skills.
