Gap commercial are acting as an employment agency to recruit for an administrator for our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire. This is a fast paced, multi-skilled role joining a busy team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Processing manual and billing invoices.
  • Reporting on Invoices
  • Processing POD for clients and drivers
  • Dealing with Driver and Customer queries.
  • KPI reporting for clients and customers

Candidate Experience

  • Accurate numeracy
  • Previous Sales Ledger experience
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive individual.

This role is working Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm, with the occasional weekend and bank holiday work required during busy peak season.
