Sales Ledger Assistant
£23,000 + Pension + Annual Bonus + Parking
A committed Sales Ledger Assistant ready to take a step up the career ladder would be the perfect candidate for this role! You will be joining a successful local Company who are currently expanding.
Some of your duties will include:
- Processing and allocating payment receipts to customer accounts and reconciling ledger
- Reconciling multicurrency bank accounts in order to identify payment receipts and posting on system
- Authorising the release of client sales orders in accordance with terms and credit limits
- Checking corporate credit card payments and processing payments on accounts system
- Setting up new customer details on computer system and updating information held when necessary
- Assisting with chasing outstanding debts and updating details on spreadsheet reports
