The AOI is a small not for profit membership organisation with an energetic staff of 6.The World Illustration Awards is a flagship project for the AOI, attracting over 2,000 entries in three currencies. This sits alongside the day to day financial needs of the busy, membership based organisation receiving a large number of financial transactions coming through phone and web sales, direct debits and standing orders.
The Sales ledger Assistant will support the Finance Manager in:
- All receipts processing
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Debt collection and chasing outstanding debts
The role will be managed by the Finance Manager who will provide appropriate training and support.
The role will be for 20 days between February 14th and March 6th Flexible hours
The salary will be £10ph and is a freelance position.
