An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk and Credit Controller in Woking. This is a temporary role that will require an immediate start, paying between £12.50 and £13.50ph. The position is full time 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday. The company are centrally based so they will provide parking. The main system used in this role is Sage 50, training can be provided for the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales ledge clerk and credit controller who wishes to gain knowledge of a new system.
You will be working for a logistics company based in central Woking
As a Sales Ledger Clerk and Credit Controller you will be working within a team and responsible to the Credit Control Manager. On the Sale Ledger side of the role you will be creating new customer accounts, posting payments, processing invoices and credit notes and reconciling accounts. For the credit control aspect of the role you will produce the aged debt report and chase payments. Due to the nature of the role you will need excellent communication skills as you will be reaching customers via letter, email and phone. You will be working on Sage 50 and Excel. If you have no experience of Sage 50 training can be provided.
• Previous experience in a Sale Ledger and Credit Control role
