Sales Ledger Administrator

P A Wright & Sons is a family run business based in Twycross, Leicestershire, established over 60 years ago. Whilst still maintaining it's family values, the company has grew and diversified and has long standing business relationships with a number of water utility companies.

Due to ongoing growth and development, we are currently looking to recruit a full time Sales Ledger Administrator to join our busy Admin team, based at our Head Office in Twycross, near Atherstone.

The role of the Sales Ledger Administrator will include:

  • Raising and submission of Sales Invoices / Credit Notes to key customers
  • Calculation and processing of work carried out
  • Collation of weekly paperwork
  • Processing of customer order numbers
  • Meeting tight customer deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy of information
  • Resolving queries
  • Data inputting using MS Excel and uploading onto customer's web portal
  • Communicating with line managers, directors and customers

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, in particular MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy is maintained
