Job Overview

Avenue HQ are recruiting a driven and competitive Sales Lead to help the company emerge within new cities by creating valuable leads and handling all areas of the sales process for offices and memberships. The ideal candidate will have previous proven success within a similar sales position and be target motivated. As their key Sales Lead, you’ll take ownership of prospecting, outreaching and ultimately generating leads for the operation. You’ll be able to guide prospective members through the entire sales process from initial meeting through to sign off before handing over to the Community team to complete onboarding. You’ll be instrumental to the successful landing of Avenue HQ within new cities, and will be rewarded for your successes and sales completions with a generous, transparent commission structure.

  • Generating sales leads as well as managing organic brand interest, to ultimately complete sales
  • Completing tours of facilities or using print sales packs as appropriate to the circumstance
  • Work within set pricing guidelines to ensure best deals made for both the customer and the business
  • Become the initial point of contact for all sales enquiries
  • Managing time effectively to deliver tours, set up meetings with potential customers and close deals
  • Attend networking events across city to prospect, gain new leads and make valuable connections
  • Manage Pipeline effectively to track progress and enable effective reporting
  • Creating and utilising innovative sales tactics to generate leads
  • Research into similar spaces both within the city and nationally to ensure competitive and appropriate pricing strategy
