Our client, a well-established Global media company who provide a portfolio of tailored advertising services to businesses, are looking for dedicated Online Sales Executives to join their successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities for the successful Online Sales Executives:
- Selling online advertising solutions to develop solid customer relationships.
- Following up on incoming client enquiries.
- Continually establishing client relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records, sales forecast and activity reports.
- Building a strong rapport to enable you to deliver an excellent service.
- Providing clients with relevant information in response to enquiries about products and services.
- Keeping up to date on all new products and services that are provided.
- B2B or B2C Telesales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be fluent in English and have an excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Must be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual, with the ability to self-manage.
- Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
