Sales Executive

  • Annual Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 OTE (Uncapped)

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive dealership in the Poole area, seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to excel in a sales environment, with or without prior experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms and manage financial arrangements within company guidelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls post-delivery.
  • Organise personal sales activities to generate new business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable to change and committed to high-quality work.
