Sales Executive

My client are a market leading courier in the north, and provide a same day logistics service.They are now looking for a sales/ account manager who will work from the Cheadle based office - however will be flexible to go out and meet clients and search for new business opportunities once they are comfortable in the role.
This role is also to focus on developing existing clients for the company by account management, quoting and negotiating and trying to gain additional business.

This job is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career within the industry. This role can be changed for the right person and if they are successful.

Main duties:
Business Development
" Quotations
" Negotiations
" Client visits
" B2B, B2C
" Completing monthly pricing spreadsheets for various clients
" Following up on quotes
" Help to build and maintain relationships with clients

Working hours are 8:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday - flexibility occasionally given the nature of the role
Salary is £23,000 - £27,000 with commission/bonus
