Our client, an early stage, high growth tech business has developed a 'Social Mobile and Desktop App’ designed to disrupt a $250bn global market within the B2B2C space. Founded in 2016 by a tech entrepreneur who has successfully built and sold 3 companies, 1 of which made it to IPO. Our client has gone through two completed rounds of internal investment and are in the process of confirming a large 3rd external round. As they begin to monetize their platform they recognise that this is the perfect time to hire their sales team and are looking to hire their first Sales Executive.
What You’ll Get
The Sales Executive will sit in the newly created sales team reporting to the Sales Manager and be based in their lovely Central London offices, you can expect a basic salary of circa £28 - 32k plus commission and excellent benefits. The plan for the next 2 years is to grow a sales team of 40 plus people so there will be load of opportunity for promotion and progression.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive you will be tasked with prospecting new clients, working from a database of cold and warm prospects and then pitching them on our clients solution before closing them. So this is managing the whole sales process in what is a phone based sales role. You will demo the solution through web based presentations so ideally having experience of doing this would be ideal.
What You’ll Need
Sales Executives will have an absolute minimum of 1 years B2B phone based sales experience selling to the SMB marketplace. This experience will ideally be in something SaaS or Tech based and you will be able to demonstrate your performance in previous roles. You will be focused, hardworking and want to work in a fun and really dynamic environment.
