- Established and dominating organisation with over 25 years' experience in the market
- An existing and supportive sales team with high employee retention
- Maintaining a high standard of call rates to source new business while securing renewal clients
- Attending client visits and industry events to maintain the high profile of the company
- Managing accounts and maintaining contact with the designated client base throughout the year
- Working alongside the management team to coordinate and propose ideas for sales campaigns and identifying potential issues
- Identifying potential new business streams and working with the management team to apply them to a sales campaign
- Ideally some experience of working within a sales environment
- Confident making outbound sales calls to seek new business opportunities and also managing existing accounts
- Organised, driven and benevolent with a desire to succeed individually and as part of a larger team
- Basic salary of between £19,000 - £20,000
- Annual bonus of £5,000
