This role would suit someone from a recruitment background or with previous software sales experience, however, attitude and drive is more important to us.

Your role

You will be selling recruitment software products to clients from a combination of inbound and outbound calls. The key is selling the benefits, we know how good our system is and businesses need to know how they can benefit from advertising on imployable. A lot of your time will be spent identifying and connecting with potential clients as well as helping, nurturing and providing outstanding customer service to the businesses you sign.

What you will be doing

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Hit (exceed would be nice) individual sales and retention targets
