£18,000 basic salary plus un-capped commission (£24,000 OTE)

My client in Chester are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their expanding team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for following up on warm leads (all referrals, no cold calling) with the aim of converting to new business for the company (no direct cold calling). The role comes with a basic salary of £18,000 plus un-capped commission (£24,000 OTE). Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm/9:00am to 5:00pm.

The main duties of a Sales Executive are;

  • Follow up on warm leads provided by business partners (all referrals, no cold calling)
  • Build, develop and grow relationships with potential new clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Understand each client’s requirements and provided a tailored solution
  • Explain in detail to client’s the benefits of working in partnership
  • Handle client objections
  • Provide excellent professional service to clients during the sales process and answering any additional questions or queries
  • Liaise with all parties to ensure a smooth transition
  • Manage the on-boarding process
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

To be considered for this position you must;

  • Have telephone sales experience (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, resilient and driven
  • Show a willingness to learn and develop within the company
  • Be comfortable working in a target driven environment
