Selective Recruitment are seeking a motivated, driven and ambitious Sales Executive for our well respected, reputable client based on Milton Park, Abingdon. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company who have a proven track record of promoting internally and nurturing existent talent.

The purpose of the Sales Executive is to be the main point of contact with customers; converting prospects into customers and providing professional and efficient account management support to a group of supplier customers.

Offer package;
Job role: Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 - £21,500 per annum with OTE Earnings £31,000
Location: Milton Park, Abingdon
Hours:Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days leave + bank holidays

Primary duties;
*Selling a range of products & services to prospective customers
*Cross-selling & upselling to maximise revenue opportunities
*Manage the annual subscription renewal process for designated accounts
*Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives
*Follow up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads
*Build rapport with customers; understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions
*Proactively review customers' accounts, to advise how the customer can achieve more value from the subscription
*Promote usage within Supplier organisations through reporting & insights
*Recommend additional products and services that can add value to the customer
*Manage the annual subscription renewal process, maximising retention rates
*Manage win-back process where Supplier subscriptions have lapsed
*Maintain regular contact with customers throughout their subscription
*Making outgoing calls and responding to incoming queries in a timely fashion
*Scheduling audits a time convenient to the customer whilst ensuring their compliance is maintained
*Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
*Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
*Provide first-line support to customers on system, issues & queries; resetting passwords, providing guidance on system usage, and escalating issues to IT or the Customer Success Team as necessary
*Create customer profiles within CRM, using questioning to identify customer needs, business cycles, growth plans and product offerings
*Update and maintain customer details and account records using in-house applications
*Attend monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions, and improvements relating to the running of the sales team.
