Are you highly driven and passionate about sales? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive within a highly successful specialist consultancy firm in Taunton.
This is a full time role working from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursdays and from 8.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays, with a basic salary of £20,000 with an extremely attractive commission structure and the added benefit of 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
The successful candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated and a quick learner, as well as possessing the following skills and attributes:
- Proven track record of hitting & exceeding targets
- Determined to hit deadlines
- Able to set, meet & beat sales targets year on year
- Good motivational & people management skills
- Well organised with excellent planning skills
- Happy to work to performance targets
- Experience of account management
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building & maintaining major stakeholders within the sector
- Delivering & beating monthly sales targets
- Selling company products & services
- Use of established Customer Relationship Database
- Creating new leads & maximising purchase from existing customers
- Use of an effective sales pipeline process
- Attending meetings & conferences where necessary
- Networking with senior decision makers
- Monitoring & running monthly sales campaigns
- Direct telesales to external stakeholders
